Blended Learning Pilots
The Highlander Institute strongly believes in the potential of well-implemented pilots to test district theories of action, develop implementation models, and inform strategic plans. Institute facilitators support teachers, principals, and district administrators in the design, implementation, and evaluation of pilot initiatives. These efforts include the exploration of 1:1 initiatives, station rotation models, new policies, and a variety of tailored projects to increase personalization for students. At the conclusion of pilots, stakeholders gather to analyze data and think about implications for scale when appropriate.
