Call for Fellows: Fuse Leadership Network
The Fuse Leadership Network is a national program for school leaders, instructional coaches, and innovative teachers to support stakeholders around planning for re-entry to school, reimagining teaching and learning, and determining a localized vision for change. Based on Highlander Institute’s 6 years of experience running the Fuse Fellowship in Rhode Island, this national network is a low-cost opportunity to help educators as we all navigate the uncertain landscape of what in-person, hybrid, and distance learning scenarios will look like for schools in the year ahead.
The program cost is $5,000 per Fellow over the course of the 2020-2021 school year. Our first session will take place in August 2020. Fellows will:
- Participate in monthly virtual meetings to explore national trends & research-backed practices related to reopening schools & redesigning learning experiences
- Receive monthly coaching support from Highlander Institute staff
- Gain access to a network of like-minded practitioners, including both national professionals & the 100+ Fuse Fellows based in Rhode Island
Are you interested in participating as a Fellow? Please complete the interest form below.
Note: Launch of this program in August is contingent on the level of demand and interest nationwide, as we seek to cultivate a diverse network of education leaders. We will connect with you in July to confirm your application status.
